musharraf

After the killing of Baloch leader Nawab Akbar Bugti and the deteriorating situation in Baluchistan have given immense pressure on Pakistan’s President General Parvez Musharraf.

This was happened only for the second time in the history of Pakistan that a no confidence motion was filed. The Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz’s government, somehow, managed to win the no-confidence motion. Now, the opposition parties are persisting that they will finally oust President Musharraf at any cost.

The opposition leaders are trying hard to make the end of military rule in Pakistan.

According to Amin Fahim, Leader of Pakistan People’s Party Parliamentarians,

The military has no right to rule Pakistan. The military should restrict itself to the task that the constitution has allotted to it.

The Opposition leader in Pakistan Parliament, Maulana Fazl-ur-Rehaman spoken out against the current military rule in Pakistan and said,
we will send Musharraf away from politics and will just reject any kind of autocratic rule in Pakistan in future.

The situation of Pakistan shows that the growing unity of opposition leaders in Pakistan is certainly going to give some hard time to Parvez Musharraf in coming days.
