Violence is a name that seems firmly associated with Afghanistan and Iraq, reason is rise in roadside bombings, bombs planted in vehicles, and suicide attacks that unabatedly goes on - something that the coalition forces failed fully to spot, destroy or to take effective measures against.
Meanwhile in Southern Afghanistan, a suicide bomber on a motorized rickshaw blew himself up in a crowded market killing at least 26 people and injured 60 that mostly include children selling chewing gum and cigarettes in the street. The bomb was aimed at a senior provincial official, but finally resulted in the death of scores of civilians.
There has been tremendous rise in the suicide attacks in Afghanistan that are aimed at the security forces, but resulting in the death of civilians - something that civilians and coalition forces are watching helplessly and are miserably suffering with.
The rising violence has devoured more than 4,200 people in Afghanistan this year. Still, it doesn’t seem to end anywhere for the civilians or occupying forces either. After 2001 US ‘war on terror’ in Afghanistan, though the coalition forces have achieved some substantial success but lot more still remains incomplete and particularly if the occupying forces want to achieve the success, it’s essential to make an effective strategy against roadside bombings and suicide attacks.
