China’s diplomatic managers are busy to make the region tension free. They announced finally on Tuesday that North Korea, however, did not regret for his nuclear test but certainly not planning for the second nuke test too.
According to the Chinese foreign ministry, The Pyongyang administration wants to join the six-party talks but under some conditions. Their prime condition is that there should be no any kind of pressure on the country from any party involved in the talks.
North Korean officials had confirmed the Chinese diplomats that they are ready to return to talks on their nuclear program but before that the matter of US financial sanctions against the country should be resolved.
Earlier, the US has hunted to hold off the North Korea’s link with international banking for suspected counterfeiting of US dollars and other illegal activities.
North Korea has rejected the claime made by the US and decided to ignore six-nation talks on its nuclear program until the US ends the punishing act.
