Israel is no mood to have a halt in Lebanon. The Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert said that the Israeli Defense Forces are on the verge of winning the battle against Hizbollah.
Twenty-one days of the fight are over now. Israel has sent six Israeli army brigades including almost 6,000 troops in southern Lebanon.
The revelation of the mass-level deployment of forces in southern Lebanon has come on the eve of heavy fighting in which three soldiers were killed.
Israel’s Justice Minister, Haim Ramon, said that Israel would go with full air strikes against Hizbollah from 1am August 2.
