AID is becoming a big menace in China with millions affected. HIV/AIDS patients are routinely quarantined in China and little is known about themSouthern Guangdong province decided to take the step because of the increasing number of prisoners with HIV or Aids.



Officials in China say that there is close to a million Chinese infected with HIV/AIDS that most outside nations and agencies believe is a heavily scaled down number. The Chinese methods of treating people with HIV/AIDS have always been highly controversial and it is believed that China routinely quarantines the victims from general population and let them die in utter negligence
