As Indonesia confirms two bird flu cases and China suspecting one death panic bell have started ringing across Asia with millions of poultry being culled across Liaoning province.
If confirmed, this would be the first cases of bird flu in humans in China. The major fear arises from the poultry birds that fall in the flight paths of migratory birds and as the winter - the season of bird migration - sets in, it is feared that the disease would be carried across nations breaching national and continental barriers if the birds contact the disease on their way from the infected poultry.

Bird flu has already killed at least 62 people elsewhere in Asia since the outbreak began in late 2003.
The UN has warned that the muted bird flu virus, which is capable of infecting people causing death, can cause a global pandemic resulting in millions of death if not controlled immediately. Nations have begun stockpiling bird flu vaccines but it may not be enough.
A major conference has just opened in Geneva, to discuss a worldwide plan of action.
