
China is better known for continuous incidents of Industrial accidents because of the lack of safety measures in the industrial sector.
The Industries have achieved the greater pace of growth but the safety measures are still lagging behind causing many industry accidents in the country.
On Sunday night, at least 14 people died and 59 others injured in another accident that happened in a factory located in the eastern part of the country.
The factory was affiliated to the Weiqiao Pioneering Group Co. in Zouping County in Shandong province.
According to the state media reports, on Sunday night, a container suddenly spilled out molten aluminum with a temperature of 1,650 Fahrenheit on the factory workers. The accident broken walls, cracked windows and blown the roof of the factory.
The Xinhua News Agency said that all the 59 injured workers were immediately sent to different hospitals located nearby the factory. The agency did not say anything about the seriousness of the injuries of the workers. It did not even said how the other 14 workers died.
Earlier in April, a similar factory accident had occurred at a steel plant in Liaoning province in northeast China. In that accident, a ladle transporting molten steel had broken down and killed 32 workers engaged in the work.
In the year 2005, more than 127,000 workers have been killed because of Industrial accidents in different parts of China.
Later, the government decided to take steps to decrease the high death toll in coal mines and other dangerous workplaces in the country. The state media had reported that the government had decided to introduce a new safety measures in the factories by spending US$60 billion in next five years.
